PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
1. Reservation must be guaranteed
using one of the following:
a. Confirmed reservation: use American
Express, Carte Blanche,Diners Club, Visa or Mastercard
(group blocks require a one-night’sroom deposit).
b. Or, a deposit equal to one (1)
night for each of the confirmed rooms will be required
to obtain a confirmed reservation. All depositsfor individual
room reservations are fully refundable if a room is canceled
fourteen (14) days or more prior to arrival date.
2. All rates are subject to Illinois
and Chicago occupancy operatorsand accommodation taxes,
which are currently 15.4%.
3. Any changes made to this reservation
within 48 hours of arrivaldate (including early departure)
are subject to an administrative fee.
4. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check
out time is 12:00 noon, after12:00 noon, additional charges
will apply.
5. Reservations must be received no
later than November 3, 2006.
