All exhibitors will receive:

1. Two complimentary conference registrations per booth.
2. Company listing by name, including description and full contact information, in the conference On-site Program and on the ASTA Website for up to one full year.
3. Company listing by product or service in the On-siteProgram.
4. Two Chairs, Wastebasket, a 6-foot Draped Table, and an Electrical hook-up (one single outlet or quad box with1500 watts are all complimentary with your booth rental fee).
5. Company description included in CD-ROM proceedings.
6. Three Day Passes: You will receive three complimentary exhibit hall Day Passes per booth for invited guests.
7. Pre- and post-conference attendee lists to help promote your company before and after the conference.8. Exclusive rights to hotel room delivery marketing opportunities and literature display in ASTA registration area.

Why should your company exhibit?

ASTA is always seeking to improve the Seed Expo based upon exhibitor feedback. This feedback is collected in a number of ways, from the Exhibitors Meeting held each December, to extensive surveying and conference calls. As a result, we are excited to bring you the following Seed Expo highlights:

Traffic & Domograhics

The Seed Expo is the largest seed industry trade show in the world. In 2005, there was an average of 68% visitation to the exhibit hall, out of 2,579 in total attendance, representing an average of1,747 visitsper day to our120 exhibitor companies.The roles of these attendees are shown in the chart on the right.

Booth Discounts

Booth Discounts are offered to companies reserving four or more booths, to help offset the costs of labor related to large equipment displays. Companies reserving four or more booths will receive $100 off the price of each booth space.

The Seed Expo Reception

The Seed Expo Reception will be on Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., and it is the only ASTA-sponsored reception at the convention. This event is held within the exhibit hall with scattered bars and food stations to keep traffic movingto all booth areas!

Expo Meeting Suites

For 2006, based on an overwhelming response from 2005, ASTA is increasing the number of Expo Meeting Suites so that you can complete your confidential business deals right there on the show floor. These suites are private, enclosed meeting rooms at the back of the Seed Expo hall. These rooms will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Meeting Room hours will be the same as the Seed Expo hours for security purposes. Contact Jason Laney at (703) 837-8140 for more information on reservinga meeting suite in advance!

The ASTA Silent Auction

A new show addition from 2005 returns this year after a huge response! The ASTA Silent Auction gives your company the opportunity to bring traffic to your booth by auctioning off a prizeof your choice, with proceeds benefitting the ASTA Scholarship fund. Your prize will be showcased at your booth location and will be promoted within all ASTA convention materials. Complete the Silent Auction form to sign up!

Other Continuing Traffic Builders

Food and Beverage: All convention breakfast and lunch buffets will be located in scattered stations throughout the exhibit hall once again, to get your customers in the hall and keep them moving once they’re there!

Cyber Cafe: Once again, ASTA is offering complimentary computer stations with Internet access to conference attendees inside the exhibit hall. This year, there will be several Cyber Cafestations positioned throughout the hall rather than a single area.

Poster Presentations by graduate students in schools of agriculture will also be included again this year in the hall.
