Set-Up and Tear-Down

Exhibit set-up for LARGE or HEAVY EQUIPMENT* ONLY will be Monday, Dec. 8, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. On Tuesday, Dec. 9, set-up for all other exhibitors will be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Small booths WILL NOT be permitted to set up on Monday.  Exhibit tear-down will be from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 12.  Thursday tear-down will not be permitted. Any exhibitor who is found dismantling or leaving prior to 7:00 a.m. on Friday, December 12, 2008 forfeits their right of first refusal on their booth location for the following year**.

*Anything that cannot be easily moved through the aisles once the pipe and drape is in place. Includes oversized equipment, machinery, or mobile vehicles being displayed on the exhibit floor.

**Unless empty cases are not stored with Freeman Decorating, in which case exhibitors can dismantle at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11 and no earlier. Please note that overtime labor rates apply after 4:30 p.m.
