NMSU's own record of every chile cultivar released by the university between 1913 and 2022, with release year and a measured cultivar mean in Scoville heat units for each. Heat is determined by high-performance liquid chromatography, so these are analytical means rather than catalog estimates, and the circular states plainly where a cultivar was never measured.
