Wisconsin Corn Hybrid Performance Trials 2023 (A3653)

Wisconsin annual corn hybrid evaluation, grain and silage, at 14 locations in four production zones. Two-row plots 25 feet long, at least three replicates per hybrid per location, yields adjusted to 15.5 percent moisture and test weight measured on every plot. The report is unusual and valuable in stating outright that seed companies use different methods and standards to classify or rate the maturity of corn hybrids, and in publishing its own Wisconsin Relative Maturity ratings for grain and silage alongside the company figures rather than treating any of them as interchangeable.
