Ají Lemon Drop
Ají Limo is C. chinense and Ají Limón (Lemon Drop) is C. baccatum. The names differ by one letter and the plants differ by species.
Origin & history
The Peruvian ceviche chile, a small chinense despite the ají name that usually signals baccatum. It is regularly shelved beside Ají Limón, which is a different species entirely, and the two get substituted for one another.
