Habanada
Both are heatless habaneros; Habanada is open-pollinated from Cornell, Roulette a commercial hybrid.
Origin & history
An All-America Selections winner: a habanero with the pungency bred out entirely, so the tropical aroma of C. chinense can be eaten by the handful. The name is a joke about the gamble it removes.
